Hola! I'm Indira, a fully bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida...
I hold aMaster's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Central Florida (Go Knights!). Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping adults (18+) and couples achieve their mental health and relationship goals.
Whether you're navigating a challenging life situation, struggling with relationship concerns, dealing with overwhelming anxiety, feeling trapped in a depressed mood, or facing another mental health challenge, I'm here to support you.
